Type material. Holotype female at AMU (Syr.148), paratypes: females, nymphs at AMU, ZISP, ZSM. Hosts and distribution. Geotrygon linearis (type host) ( Columbiformes : Columbidae ), type-locality: VENEZUELA, Cumbre de Valencia ( Skoracki & Glowska 2008a).

Habitat. Unknown.
