1. Third joint of posterior telopods with one long, membranous lobe towards second joint. Female vulva large, operculum surpassing coxa ....................................... Z. subreflexum

— Third joint of posterior telopods without long, membranous lobe, joint shorter or as long as second joint. Both joints strongly curved towards one another and with numerous long hairs on both sides ( Fig. 38G, H ) ............................................................... Z. blandum
