Diospyros caucheana A.Chev., Revue de Botanique View in CoL appliquée 14: 957 (1934). — Lectotype (here designated): Perrier 8756 (P! [ P00640947 ]).
Perrier 8756 is here chosen as the lectotype of Diospyros caucheana A.Chev. View in CoL instead of the other syntype (Perrier 8763) because it possesses fruit. Of the two duplicates of Meller s.n. at the Kew herbarium, we have chosen the more complete sheet as the lectotype of Diospyros toxicaria Hiern. View in CoL
