Lectotypus (designated by FRANZÉN, 1986: 323): GREECE: “Legi in monte Parnasso prope Carcaria”, 4000' [1220 m], 28. VI –10.VII.1854, Orphanides 2744 ( G-BOIS [ G00332518 ]; isolecto-: JE) . Syntypus: GREECE: “Ad nives in cacumine m. Veluchi”, 30.VII.1857, Samaritani & Guicciardi 3353 ( B [ B100249986 ], G [ G00371982 ], G-BOIS [ G00332519 ], K [ K000484248 ]) .

Note. – MEYER (2006c: 65) overlooked the earlier lectotypification by FRANZÉN (1986), though both designated the same specimen as the lectotype.
