Etymology l subreticulata HNS , less netlike, evidently referring to the small rugoreticulum on the head.
diagnosis Similar in various traits to breviscapa HNS , bruchella HNS , micon HNS , nana HNS , and tennantae HNS , differing as follows.
Major: rugoreticulum limited to a very small patch just posterior to the antennal fossa on each side of the head; almost all of the dorsal surface and most of the lateral surfaces of the head, up to and including the occiput, carinulate; center of pronotal dorsum transversely carinulate, and sides weakly and longitudinally carinulate; mesonotal dorsum foveolate with a few broken, very short rugulae; propodeal spines half as long as the propodeal basal face; petiolar node in side view thick near base, tapering toward apex; postpetiole from above diamond-shaped.
