Lectotype (Chamberlain in Davis, Fl. Turkey 4: 233. 1972): Herb. Clifford: 177, Sedum 6 (BM-000628578).

Current name: Sedum album L. ( Crassulaceae ).

Note: See Fröderström (in Acta Horti Gothob. 7, Suppl.: pl. XLII, f. 1–3. 1931). ’t Hart & Jarvis (in Taxon 42: 401. 1993) provided a detailed discussion of the typification of this name, concluding that Clifford material should be the lectotype. However, the typification itself is correctly attributable to Chamberlain.
