Type information: Holotype M and 4M, 1F paratypes, GREECE, Kefallinia , Mt. Ainos, plateau W of Tsarkanianas 550 m, 3.7.1986 (L. Willemse) and additional paratypes.
Material examined: GREECE: Kefallinia: Holotype and paratypes 4M, 1F; paratypes 3M, 100 m, Limni, Avikon (A. Nikolaos), 5.7.1986 (L. Willemse): 1M, 1F, 3–5 km S of Sami, 4.7.1986 (L. Willemse); 2F, surr. Patrikata 500 m, 4.7.1986; 1F, surr. Neokhorion 400 m 6.7.1986 (L. Willemse); 2M, 1F, surr. Dhavgata, 7 km N of Argostolion, 250 m 4.7.1986 (L. Willemse); 1M (nymph), Mt. Ainos , 1000–1300 m, 2– 3. 7.1986 (all in CW) .
Distribution: It is endemic to the Ionian island Kefallinia in Greece (see Willemse & Willemse 2004; Figure 239).
