Material examined. 1 3, among intertidal sediments among macroalgae ( Padina sp.), Burmanalla, South Andaman Island (11°33.45’N; 92°43.78’E), December 2005; coll. T. Chatterjee.
Body dimensions. 1.7 mm.
Distribution. West Pacific Ocean: Vietnam, Ifaluk, Palau. Indian Ocean: Madagascar, Bay of Bengal, India.
Remarks. This species was recorded earlier from Corvyn’s Cove, Andaman Island by Kurian (1954), Kurian & Radhadevi (1986).
