Diagnosis. Body length 3.4mm. Bristles pale with vibrissa dark, long and thick. Head yellow with face, parafacial, anterior half of gena, frons (excluding paler anterior margin), and inner and anterodorsal surfaces of first flagellomere black. Scutum brown over anterior half of presutural area and medially between dorsocentral bristles, and with one pair of sublateral postsutural stripes. Scutellum brown. Legs yellow with fifth tarsomere and distal half of fourth tarsomere brown. Wing with faint anterodistal infuscation. Male terminalia as described for H. campa
