Caulis sesquipedalis, tetragonas, obtusus, quadrifulcatus, 26 superne pilis reflexis albis vestitus. Folia ovata, acuta, rugosa, serrata, basi acuta; petiolis basi utrinque obtuso mucrone prominentibus. Spica tetragona, imbricata Bracteis ovatis, longitudine calycum, ciliatis. Calyces sub singula squama saepe5, ore tridentati, acuti, dente superiore solitario; inferioribus duobus. Corolla caerulea: limbo longitudine calycis: galea breviore subvillosa; labio inferiore trifido, obtuso, integerrimo, basi maculis 2. pallidis.
