Diagnosis. Size of adult specimens about 3 mm, background light bluish with dark spots on latero-posterior trunk segments, with a single dorsal stripe. Ant. II undivided (antennae with five segments). Males’ Ant. Ib internally with about 50 modified short densely ciliate chaetae plus 30 minute smooth chaetae, Ant. II dimorphic chaetae less discernible. Males’ Ant. II straight (not angled). Antero-lateral head without clusters of differentiate chaetae. Labial basomedian field posteriorly with 10 ciliate chaetae internal to E. Dorsal head with A3, A4–4e, M1, M2, S0’, S2, S4i, S4e, S5i, S5e, Ps2, and Ps3 mac, M0 and Ps5 mac absent ( Fig. 10A View FIGURE 10 ). Abd. II with a1a, a2a2–3, a3a, m3ep, and m4 mac, plus six mac on the m3ea complex, p4 mac absent ( Fig. 10B View FIGURE 10 ); Abd. III with a2–2a, a3–3a, m3ea, and m 3ei mac, m3p, m3eai, and p3 mac absent ( Fig. 10C View FIGURE 10 ); Abd. IV with A2–3, A5, Ae1–2, Ae5, B3, B5, Be2, and xa mac, xp, C4, T1, and T6 mac absent ( Fig. 10D View FIGURE 10 ). Trochanteral organ with about 45 spine-like chaetae. Unguis with two unpaired inner teeth. Tenaculum with 15 chaetae (adapted from Womersley 1939; Mari-Mutt & Greenslade 1985).
