Phlogothamnus rugosus Li, 2011 View in CoL in Li, Dai & Xing, 2011: 183.
Diagnosis. This species resembles P. polymaculatus but can be distinguished from the latter by the thinner pygofer ventral process and style and more robust aedeagus.
Material examined. China: 1♂ (Holotype), Guizhou Prov., Fanjingshan , 3 August 2001, coll. Maofa Yang ( GUGC) ; Paratypes, 2♂♂, Guizhou Prov., Fanjingshan , 2 August 2014, coll. Qiang Luo ( GUGC) ; 1♂ 1 ♀, Jiangsu Prov., Baohuashan , 24 August 2009, coll. Pei Zhang ( GUGC) .
Distribution: China (Guizhou, Jiangsu) ( Li et al., 2011).
Note. The original figures of Li (in Li et al., 2011) lack the aedeagus in the ventral and dorsal view. Here, we have redrawn the male genitalia.
