Diagnosis

Medium­sized species, wingspan 16–27 mm. Forewings brown to gray­brown, transverse lines straight, transverse median or transverse posterior line widest, suffused. Male hind tibia swollen, with two hair tufts, without apical spurs; 8 th sternite wide basally, concave medially, right ceras curved medially, left absent. Sacculus of the male genitalia vestigial; valvula pronounced; vesica with curved cornutus at base. Signum of the female genitalia ovoid, granulate. Montane species in Tibet and surrounding areas. Species included: S. dubernardi and S. segregata .
