Subfamily: Hypsibiinae View in CoL Pilato (sensu Pilato and Binda 2010 amended)

Remark. With the removal of the Isohypsibid types the group composition has changed. Diagnosis. Hypsibiidae . Buccal-pharyngeal apparatus of the Hypsibiinae model (see Pilato and Binda 2010). Type genus. Hypsibius Ehrenberg, 1848 .

Composition. Three genera are ascribed to the subfamily: Acutuncus Pilato and Binda, 1997 , Borealibius Pilato, Guidetti, Rebecchi, Lisi, Hansen and Bertolani, 2006 , and Hypsibius .
