Fore tarsomere 1 with row of about 7–8 v; hind tarsomere 1 with 3–4 short black spinelike ventral bristles at base, and row of 8–9 pv. Relative lengths of tibia and 5 tarsomeres of legs. LI 3.3: 1.9: 0.9: 0.8: 0.5: 0.5; LII 4.5: 2.6: 1.1: 0.8: 0.5: 0.4; LIII 5.3: 2.0: 1.3: 0.9: 0.6: 0.5.

Type material. Holotype male, BEIJING: Yanqing, Songshan, 15.VII. 2003, M. Wang ( CAU, Beijing) . Paratypes 3 males and 5 females, same data as holotype .
Etymology. The specific epithet derives from the type locality Songshan (Beijing).
Comments. This new species is similar to Chrysotimus shennongjianus Yang and Saigusa from Hubei, but may be separated from the latter by the hind tibia with 3 ad, 5–6 pd, and fore tarsomere 1 with row of 7–8 v. In C. shennongjianus , the hind tibia has 2 ad, 2 pd, and fore tarsomere 1 has no distinct v ( Yang and Saigusa, 2001a).
Distribution. Beijing.
