Type locality. Vietnam (Ninh Binh: Cuc Phuong ).
Type material. ZMUM (W.260), Russia.
Records from Vietnam. Lang Son (Bac Son); Ninh Binh (Cuc Phuong NP) ( Thai 1982; Do 1994; Le 1995a).
Distribution. Only known from Vietnam.
Vietnamese name. Giun gỗ mục.
Remarks. Blakemore (2007a, 2008b) considered it as " species inquirenda ", but further examination was not possible because all previously collected material has been lost.
