Type material. MNHN (AE592 (A 730)), France.
Records from Vietnam. Phu Tho (Phu Ho) ( Michaelsen, 1934b).
Distribution. Only known from Vietnam.
Vietnamese name. Giun bắc bộ.
Remarks. There are no other records since its original description. Thai (1983) proposed a new subgenus Terrata of the genus Pheretima , and placed the species under the new subgenus.
