Type locality. Myanmar (Shan: Lashio ).
Type material. In the collection of Judson College, USA ( Gates 1939). None ( Gates, 1972).
Examined material. 10 C (CTU-EW.094.01), long-term tree plantation, Hon Tre Isl., Kien Hai, Kien Giang (104 0 51'15.5"E; 09 0 58'13.0"N), 13/11/2013, coll. Trinh Thi Kim Binh.
Records from Vietnam. Lao Cai (Sa Pa) ; Son La (Moc Chau) ; Ninh Binh (Cuc Phuong NP) ; Gia Lai (Buon Luoi) ; Dak Lak (Yok Don NP) ; Kien Giang (Tho Chu Isl., Hon Tre Isl. ) (Do 1994; Thai et al. 2004; Huynh 2005a).
Distribution. Vietnam (Do 1994), Thailand, Myanmar ( Gates 1930, 1939, 1972).
Vietnamese name. Giun nhỏ.
Remarks. The species is fairly widespread in Vietnam (Do 1994; Thai et al. 2004; Huynh 2005a), northern Thailand, and Myanmar ( Gates 1939).
