Notes. The Peruvian specimen is slightly different in coloration in comparison with the other specimens. The hind femur is blackish instead of light orange. It may lead into misidentification because this character was used in the previews key for Ganodes by Díaz (2008). Also, the coloration of the propodeum differs from “very reduced” as in the description, to absence of black marks in the dorsum.
