Dufourea (Flavodufourea) flavicornis Friese, 1913

The species was described on the basis of a series of specimens designated as types by Friese. No lectotype has been selected among this series. All the known specimens were caught at the same place and bear the same labelling.

Type’s original labelling: Mongolei, Monda, 6. 08.

Among the available specimens, I designate the specimen conserved in the Berlin MNHU (Museum für Naturkunde, Humboldt­Universität) as lectotype of Dufourea (Flavodufourea) flavicornis . This specimen was chosen because it is actually undissected and well conserved in the Berlin museum where Friese worked for many years.
