D i s t r i b u t i o n: southern Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania, south-western Romania, Greece, Crete, Cyprus, western Turkey to Cappadocia and Pozanti, Syria.
R e m a r k s: this species, infesting Mentha sp., occurs in the western and central part of Turkey. The niche in the eastern part is taken by the next species that has the same foodplant and biotope preferences.
