D i s t r i b u t i o n: south-eastern parts of central Europe (eastern Austria, southeastern Czech Republic, southern Slovakia, Hungary, Balkans), southern Russia, Ukraine, western and central Turkey.

R e m a r k s: insufficient data to draw conclusions. This species infests mainly Salvia nemorosa but occasionally accepts also other Salvia species.
