Type Locality: Indonesia, W Java, Tji-Tandoei River, Kalipoetjang.
Vernacular Names: Intermediate Long-fingered Bat.
Distribution: SE China, Thailand, W Malaysia, Borneo, Java, Sulawesi, Philippines, New Guinea, possibly the Solomon Isls.
Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Lower Risk (lc).
Discussion: May be conspecific with fuscus ; see Hill (1983) and Corbet and Hill (1992). See also Flannery (1995 a) and Bonaccorso (1998).
