Holotype ILS 386 (= actual acronym MLS) ( fig. 54 ), female. “San Pedro, Antioquia, Colombia, alt 2560 m.” 1943

Remarks: With maxilla separated (Noted in the label). Specimen MLS 386 is hydrated, presents a slight deterioration and is badly mounted.
