Holotype ILS 84 (= actual number MLS 258 ) ( fig. 43 ), male. “Chita”, Boyacá, Colombia. May 1932.

Remarks: The original description mentions its repository as the Butantan Institute; however, it is housed in MLS (Passos and Arredondo 2009). Specimen MLS 258 is hydrated but soft.
