ILS 1512 (= actual acronym MLS) ( fig. 62 View FIGURE 62 ), male. “ Río Ocoa , south of Villavicencio, Colombia, Nicéforo María, Feb. 1950. Actual acronym MLS.

Remarks: ILS 1513 was collected in Jan. 1943. ILS 1516 were collected in Mar. 1950, ILS 1517 in Jul. 1930 and ILS 1580 by Brother Serafín Bartolomé. The specimen MLS 1515 is present in the collection, however it is Dipsas indica ( Laurenti, 1768) instead of M. p. medemi. The ILS 1515 referenced in the paper is considered lost. The subspecies was raised to species level by Roze (1994). Specimen MLS 1516-17, 1513 and 1580 are hydrated and in good state of preservation.
