Eleutherodactylus renjiforum Lynch, 2000 .

Paratype MLS 1019 ( fig. 4 ). “Alto San Miguel. 2000 m.s.n.m.” Colombia. Brother Roque Casallas , Jesus Rincón , Alfonso Vanegas y Rodrigo Robayo; 12 May 1995.

Remarks: The locality in the label is “Finca La Primavera, Alto San Miguel, Cundinamarca, Colombia ”. Specimen MLS 1019 is hydrated and in good state of preservation. Transferred to the genus Pristimantis by Heinicke et al. (2007).
