Holotype CSJ 221 (= actual number MLS 2000 View Materials ) ( fig. 25 View FIGURE 25 ), male, Brother Marco Antonio Serna, 15 May 1968, paratype, MLS 1043 View Materials ( fig. 26 View FIGURE 26 ), female. “ Town of Heliconia   GoogleMaps (6º12.7`N, 75º44.5`W m), Department of Antioquia, Colombia.”, Brother Daniel Gonzalez.

Remarks: The paratype was collected in San Antonio del Prado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, 6º10’N; 75º39’W (2000 meters elevation). Specimens MLS 2000 and 1043 are hydrated and in good state of preservation.
