Distribution in the US and Canada. IN, MA, ME, MI, NB, NJ, NY, OH, ON, PA, QC ( Abdullah and Abdullah 1966; Bousquet et al. 2013; Downie and Arnett 1996; Felt and Joutel 1904).
Remarks. This specimen was previously reported in Appendix 1 of Dodds et al. (2019) but was lacking collection data. The specimen is deposited in the USFS Durham Field Office Forest Insect Collection (DFOC), Durham, NH.
