Distribution. Belgium, former Czechoslovakia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Russia (European part), Slovenia, Spain (including Canary Islands), Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and former Yugoslavia ( Yu et al. 2005).
