C. tricolor aquila HNS est arboricole. Les exemplaires de la foret de Nairobi (st. n° 11) ont ete recueillis dans leur nid tombe a terre (nid C). Des commensaux ont ete recueillis avec eux: Coleopteres (Quedius), Blattides, Araneides. (Alluaud et Jeannel.)
