Claiborne, Alabama, USA; stratum: Claiborne Group; age: Eocene.
Type material.
Syntypes, ANSP IP6007, 1 shell (as “holotype” in Richards 1968: 123), ANSP IP6008, 1 shell (as “paratype” in Richards 1968: 123).
Current taxonomic status.
