Material: 1♂ 1j, Rahmali, 30°79ʹ05ʺN, 51°38ʹ98ʺE, June 2016.

Distribution: Cyprus, Israel, Russia (Europe). This is the first record of the genus Cryptodrassus in Iran, and represents the easternmost locality of the species in its known distribution.
