Length. Male: 4.8–5.0mm.

Dark brown with waxy-white markings (Plate II: A & B). Vertex, pronotum and scutellum with waxy-white longitudinal stripes (Plate II: C). Frontoclypeus ochraceous, obliquely striated in lateral regions (Plate II: D). Forewing ochraceous with dark brown markings and veins (Plate II: E), base with waxy-white longitudinal stripe (Plate II: A & B). Ventral Median area of thorax black. Abdomen black except apical areas of segments III–VIII and lateral margins of valve.
Vertex longer medially than interocular width (Plate II: C). Face longer than wide, clypellus wider near apex than at base, extending beyond genal curve (Plate II: D). Pronotum about 2.3x as wide as long, longer than vertex (Plate II: C). Scutellum slightly shorter than pronotum (Plate II: C). Forewing with four apical and three anteapical cells, outer anteapical cell almost triangular, inner anteapical cell open behind, costal area with series of about 6–10 reflexed veins (Plate II: E). Male segment X strongly sclerotized, long (Plate II: F & G).
Male genitalia. Pygofer side longer than high, long setae confined to caudal half, with ventroposterior lobe ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1 A). Style with cap at apex, apophysis swollen near apex ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1 D). Connective arms close together ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1 E). Aedeagus shaft slender, gradually curved caudo-dorsally, apex with notch, gonopore apical ( Figs 2 View FIGURE 2 E, 2F). Material examined. Holotype: male, China, Yunnan Prov., Lushui County, Chenggan Town, 1013m, 6.VI.2011, coll. Lu Lin (NWAFU). Paratypes: 12 males, same data as holotype (NWAFU).
Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the type location.
