Diagnosis. Length of forewing 12–15 mm ( Inoue, 1961). Labial palpi in the male are approximately as long as diameter of compound eye, with short third segment; in the female they are similar to the male, but the third segment is twice as long, about the same length as the second segment. Wings are olive-green, easily faded, and the fringe is whitish. The transverse lines are white, narrow, gently arched, slightly wavy or almost smooth, and along the medial side bordered with green darker than the ground colour.

Male genitalia ( Figs 12–14 View FIGURES 12 – 17 ). The dorsal process on the valva is wide and flattened, the valvula have a narrow arcuate sclerite medially, with a posterior flaplike dilation on the right valva. The aedeagus has numerous spinules on the apex on the right and a strong scobinate thorn on the left.

Female genitalia ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 18 – 19 ). The postvaginal plate is asymmetric: the left half sharply angled anteriorly, the right half longitudinally shortened, truncate anteriorly, and U-shaped.
