Hellinsia bengtssoni Gielis, 2009: 248 . (Type locality: Haut-Katanga, Congo).

Material examined: 1 ♀ Mt. Mulanje , 6.02.1914, S.A. Neave; 11 ex. Mpatamanga, 16–17. 0 1.2008, Kovtunovich V. & Ustjuzhanin P.; 1 ♀ Tambani, 7.12.2010; 1 ♂, 2 ♀ Kasungu, 0 4.01.2012, Kovtunovich V. Distribution: Congo, Malawi.

Notes. By the structure of genitalia this species is closer to the genus Marasmarcha than to Hellinsia . The female genitalia are figured for the first time. New for Malawi.

Platyptilia locharcha Meyrick, 1924: 94 . (Type locality: Zimbabwe).
