Specimens examined: 2♀, Damingshan, Wuming, Guangxi, 11–14 August 2011, collected by Xun Bian; 1 ♂ 1♀ Damingshan, Shanglin, Guangxi, 18 August 2011, collected by Xun Bian.

Discussion. Gorochov described the species Xizicus (Xizicus) ikonnikovi Gorochov, 1993 on the basis of a singler female from Vietnam. Liu and Yin (2004) reported the male from Shiwandashan and Maoershan (Xing’an), Guangxi for the first time, and transferred the species into the genus Xiphidiopsis , i.e. X. (Dinoxiphidiopsis) ikonnikovi (Gorochov, 1993) , which was based on male tenth abdominal tergite with a posterior process and cerci symmetrical.

Distribution. China (Guangxi); Vietnam.
