Type species: Cunaxoides elongatus Den Heyer, 1981b .
Diagnosis. This genus can be distinguished by the following set of characteristics: tibiae III and IV with 4 sts and 1 lts; basifemora I—IV with 4—4—3—1 or 2 sts; telofemora I—IV with 4—4—3—2 sts; setae c2 and h2 smooth and depression for pe organ on tarsus I present or lacking.
Etymology. The authors added some letters to the stem-“..unax..” and ending it on a taxonomically recognized suffix.
