23. Hyalomma schulzei Olenev, 1931b . A Palearctic species whose adults are usually found on Artiodactyla : Camelidae . Adult ticks alone have been recovered from Artiodactyla : Bovidae and Camelidae ; larvae and nymphs have been collected from Erinaceomorpha : Erinaceidae , Lagomorpha : Leporidae , and Rodentia : Muridae . Hyalomma schulzei is a very rare parasite of humans.
