A Nearctic species, all of whose parasitic stages are usually found on Rodentia : Cricetidae ; nymphs and larvae have also been recorded from Rodentia : Muridae , and nymphs alone have been collected from Squamata : Anguidae . There are no records of Ixodes peromysci causing human parasitism.
