Materials examined. USA: Florida: Specimens from Alachua, Leon, and St.John’s counties ( FSCA, dry mounted).
Diagnosis. Galls are blister-like ( Tuthill 1943).
Distribution. Widely distributed in the eastern and central North America, adventive in CA ( Percy et al. 2012).
Host plants. Celtis laevigata Willd.
