DISTRIBUTION: E New Guinea; Misima Isl (Louisiade Arch.), Goodenough Isl (D'Entrecasteaux Isis), and Bismark Arch. ( Papua New Guinea ); E Queensland, E New South Wales, and E Victoria ( Australia).
SYNONYMS: fallax , ignifer, monachus, vandeuseni.
