COMMENTS. The first record in the province and the Russian Far East; the easternmost point o f distribution. This species has trans-Palearctic boreal range; from Europe to the M aritime Prov., to the north to Lapland [ Palmgren, 1974a] and north Urals [ Esyunin & Efimik, 1996]. In inner Asia known only from two localities: Central Mongolia [ Marusik & Logunov, 1998b] and Tuva [ Logunov et al., 1998], W hile Zygiella is a member o f Tetragnathidae , “Z.” stroem i is a true araneid spider judging from the structure o f the male palp.
