Specklinia montezumae (Luer) Luer (2004: 262)

Basionym: Pleurothallis montezumae Luer (1996: 83) . Gerardoa montezumae (Luer) Luer (2006: 86) .

Kraenzlinella rinkei Luer (2011: 326) .

Notes:—The species was described based on an aberrant flower that developed in a non-resupinate position. Like Specklinia montezumae , the species is reported from Costa Rica and shares the same vegetative and floral morphology ( Fig. 4 ). A new combination for Kraenzlinella rinkei under Acianthera is unnecessary.
