Type material. HOLOTYPE: J ( CN19 Pisklql001), CHINA: YUNNAN: Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Gongshan County, Baihanluo , 27°57′19″N, 98°42′51″E, 2630 m, 6.vii.2019, leg. Yan-Dong Chen & Qi-Long Lei ( DALU) GoogleMaps . PARATYPE: 1 ♀ ( CN 19Pisklql002), same data ( DALU).

Diagnosis. This new species can be differentiated from the other members of this group by the combination of the following characters: in males, 1) basal lobe of gonostyli greatly enlarged and plate-like, with apex slightly bifurcated ( Fig. 68 View Figs 65–75 ); 2) ventral branch of parameres extending to apex of ventral valves ( Figs 71, 72 View Figs 65–75 ); 3) dorsal branch of parameres curved inward in distal 1/3 and greatly curved ventrad distally ( Figs 71, 72 View Figs 65–75 ); 4) dorsal processes of aedeagus greatly enlarged and axe-shaped distally ( Fig. 72 View Figs 65–75 ); in females, 5) subgenital plate with apical prominence greatly emarginated in V-shape ( Fig. 73 View Figs 65–75 ); 6) laterotergites IX broad ( Fig. 73 View Figs 65–75 ); and 7) medigynium with lateral margins of main plate (distal half) and posterior arms (basal half) greatly expanding ventrad ( Figs 74, 75 View Figs 65–75 ).

Measurements (mm). Male (n = 1): AtL (broken), AbL 8.6, BdL 11.7, FL 12.1, FW 2.9, HL 11.2, HW 2.8. Female (n = 1): AtL 9.4, AbL 6.7, BdL 10.0, FL 11.7, FW 2.8, HL 10.5, HW 2.7.

Etymology. Dedicated to one of the collectors, Qi-Long Lei. Noun in the genitive case.
