Chinese common name: Ḃëḛà甲

Sathytes alpicola Yin & Shen, 2020: 39 . Type locality: Xizang, Motuo County, near 80 K; 29°41’09”N, 95°30’10”E; alt. 2330 m.

Distribution. Mêdog County, Tibet, SW China ( Figs 83A , 100A ).

Remarks. Sathytes alpicola was described based on one male and three female specimens collected at 80K, Mêdog, which has been the only available material so far. This species is most similar to S. asura , and can be separated only by subtle differences.
