Two Compsophis on the same leaf as several froglet Boophis

During surveys along the stream near Camp Marojejia on 1 December 2016 (ca. 50 m from the previous record), we encountered two Compsophis laphystius on the same leaf, both sitting ca. 20 cm from two or three Boophis entingae froglets. We speculate that the snakes were hunting these froglets, but no predation attempt was observed, and the snakes were disturbed by our headtorches and fled.
