Type Locality: Mozambique, Inhambane, Coguno.
Vernacular Names: Grant's Bushbaby.
Synonyms: Galago mertensi Frade 1924 .
Distribution: Mozambique north to Ulugurus in S Tanzania.
Conservation: CITES – Appendix II; IUCN – Data Deficient.
Discussion: G. zanzibaricus species group. Recognized as a species by Groves (2001 c).
