Local distribution and occurrence: Kuwait Bay (Al-Aushairij, Ras Ajuza), Al-Messilah beach, Ras Al-Zour, Al-Nuwaiseeb, Failaka Island; occasional (16%).

Habitat: Intertidal zone; sand, rocks, shells, and pebble.
