Distribution. Taiwan ( Tang et al. 2016a: 132).
Biology. Only the sexual generation has been described, which induces galls on buds and very young leaves of Q. morii and Q. sessilifolia (sect. Cyclobalanopsis ) ( Table 1; Tang et al. 2016a).
